You should contact us, for, we work with a Passive Custodian in New hampshire for Self-directing your own IRA's.
We are looking for investors to become the "BANK" for real estate holdings. After working out the details of
your commitment, (I.E. - interest, length of term etc.) You can roll your existing IRA to this Custodian, who
would then transfer your funds to our attorney for the mortgage filing. There are NO PENALTIES, and NO FEES TO YOU.
All fees would be included in the closing costs, covered by a minimum of 25% downpayment by the buyer.
We do reserve the right to pay out Investments early. Otherwise;
All investment funds and Interest, payable at a monthly amoratized rate, (30 years, payable in 7 or less)
